D VİTAMİNİ İLE KRONİK OBSTRÜKTİF AKCİĞER HASTALIĞI İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

İnsanlarda D vitamini
ihtiyacının %95 kadarı güneş ışınlarının etkisiyle deride sentezlenmektedir.
Mevsimler, günün saati, cam, deri koruyucular, geleneksel giyim tarzı,
yaşlanma, yaşanılan enlem bölgesi ve pigmentasyon derideki bu dönüşümü etkiler.
Vitamin D eksikliği osteoporoz ve erişkinlerde kemiğin diğer bir hastalığı
osteomalazi, çocuklarda raşitizme neden olur. Vitamin D eksikliği ayrıca
kardiyovasküler hastalık, metabolik sendrom, solunum yolu hastalıkları ve
kanserin yanında multipl skleroz, romatoid artrit, tip 1 diyabet gibi birçok otoimmün
sistem hastalığın görülme riskini artırır. Bu derlemede D vitamini ve kronik
obstrüktif akciğer hastalığı arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır.
