Abstract

Fıkhın alt dalları içinde yer alan ve fıkhın hayatla olan canlı irtibatını gösteren nevâzil telifleri Endülüs Mâlikî fıkıh geleneği içinde çok zengin bir literatür ortaya çıkarmıştır. Söz konusu literatür üzerine yapılan çalışmalar fıkhın yaşayan hayatla olan ilişkisini yansıtması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmamızda Endülüs fıkıh geleneği içinde nevâzil edebiyatının ortaya
çıkışı ve gelişmesi tarihsel bir seyir içinde ele alınarak nevâzilin fıkıh içinde müstakil bir disiplin haline gelme süreci incelenecektir.

The Literature of Nawâzil in Fıqh Tradition of al-Andalus

Abstract

The Newâzil compilation, which appears in the subbranches of fıqh and shows the vivid connection between fıqh and daily life, has brought out a very rich literature in Andalusian Mâlikî fıqh tradition. The studies carried out on the given literature have utmost importance as they reflect the bond between fıqh and life. Within this context, the dawn and growth of newâzil literature in the Andalusian fiqh tradition will be discussed in the course of history and the process of newâzil in becoming an independent discipline will be analyzed in our study.
