Schumpeter'in Kapitalizm, Kalkınma, Girişimci ve Kredi Perspektifinde İnovasyona Bakışı

Abstract

Amaç: Schumpeter’in ekonomik açıdan temellerini attığı inovasyon kavramı iktisadi dizinde kendine önemli bir yer bulmaktadır. Günümüz iktisat dünyasında bu kadar önemli bir yere sahip olan bu kavramın ortaya çıkışı da ayrıca önem arz etmektedir. Schumpeter’in görüşlerinin tartışıldığı araştırmalarda inovasyon kavramı bazen girişimcilik bazen kriz dönemleri açısından ele alınmaktadır. Fakat Schumpeter’in sanayi devriminden kendi dönemine kadar gerçekleşen ekonomik argümanları iyi izleyip sentezlediği de göz ardı edilmemesi gereken önemli bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, Schumpeter'in görüşlerini tüm noktaları ile incelemek gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Tüm bu gereklilikler düşünülerek oluşturulan bu çalışmanın amacı, Schumpeter’in gelişme ekonomisine katkılarını araştırmak ve farklı alandaki çalışmalarını incelemek ve inovasyon görüşünün altında yatan temel faktörleri sentezleyerek sunmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma bir derleme çalışmasıdır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Sonuç olarak çalışmada, Schumpeter’in görüşleri özetlenerek tartışılırken özellikle de inovasyonu, kapitalist sürecin bir motoru olarak gördüğü ve yenilikler için kredinin önemli bir faktör olduğu gibi birçok farklı bakış açısı da ortaya koyulmaktadır.

Shumpeter’s Perpective on Innovation in Terms of Capitalism, Development, Entrepreneur and Credit

Abstract

Objective: Schumpeter laid the foundations of concept of innovation economically, which finds an important place in today's economic literature. Besides, emergence of this concept is of great importance in today’s world as well. As in the innovation literature, this concept is referred as entrepreneurship and sometimes crisis periods. But, it also clear that Schumpeter adopted synthesized the economic arguments taking place since the industrial revolution (until his time). Therefore, it is necessary to examine Schumpeter's theory with all his points. All things considered, the purpose of this study is to investigate the contributions of Schumpeter to the developed economy and to synthesize the basic ideas underlying the innovation view by examining his studies in different fields. Materials and Methods: This study is a review study. Results and Conclusion: As a result of the study, beside the summary of his discussion, many different perspectives were put forward such as his viewing innovation as an engine of the capitalist process and credit as an important factor for innovations.
