Abstract

Son otuz yıl içerisinde polimer malzemelerinönemi artmıştır. Özellikle metallerin yerine kullanılanpolimerlerin metallerden farklı özelliklere sahipolması nedeniyle ,mekanik özelliklerinin tesbiti hangipolimerin nerede kullanılabileceğinin belirlenmesi içinönemlidir.Bu çalışmada bu konuya yönelik olarakseçilen altı tür polimer malzemenin pirn-disk tipi
standart aşınma düzeneğinde aşınma davranışları,farklı yük ve farklı hız koşullarında incelenmiştir. Bumaksatla söz konusu polimer malzemelerdenaşınma ya nıaruz bırakılmak üzere 6 mm çapında 11 Omm boyunda silindirik numuneler üretilmiş,aşındırıcı olarak Ç 1050 çeliğinden mamül diskkuiJanılmıştır
