KOBİ’LERİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI: DİYARBAKIR ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Günümüzün yoğun rekabet koşulları ve artan küreselleşmenin ortaya koyduğu ekonomik yapılanma özel teşebbüsleri zorunlu kılmaktadır. Girişimciliğin küresel ölçekte önemini arttırmasıyla birlikte akademisyenlerin konuya ilgisi giderek artmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Diyarbakır’da araştırmaya katılan 220 girişimci bağlamında, küçük ve orta ölçekli girişimcilerin girişimcilik yetenekleri araştırılmıştır. Veriler anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada 30 sorudan oluşan bir ölçek kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi F ve T testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bulgular yorumlanmış ve tartışılmıştır.

A FIELD RESEARCH ON THE DETERMINATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SMEs BUSINESSES IN DİYARBAKIR

Abstract

Today, according to the conditions of competition and the new format of globalization, economic structuring oriented private enterprise, has made it mandatory. For this reason, entrepreneurship, global scale has increased the importance and academic interest to be started. In this context, entrepreneurial capabilities of Small and Medium Size Enterprises in Diyarbakır in Turkey; 220 entrepreneurs participated in this field of research were examined. Study used data obtained from questionnaires and scales. Identification of entrepreneurial skills is used in the 30-item scale. T and F tests were carried out to analyze data. Results were evaluated and discussed.
