Abstract
In Arabic literature, some poets gain income through praising in poems. Although this has been criticised, it was due to circumtances in their times. In this paper, I will analyse Zuheyr b. Ebî Sulmâ and Abbasite famous poet el-Mutenebbî who earn money through this kind of praising in their poems
Abstract
Arap Edebiyat Tarihinde, bazı şairler, yapmış olduğu methiyelerle kazanç elde etme yoluna gitmişlerdir. Bu durum, her dönemde eleştirilse de içinde bulunduğu şartların, şairleri bu yola ittiği şeklinde de yorumlanmıştır. Biz bu makalemizde, şiirle kazanç elde etme yolunda Mu‘allaka şairlerinden Zuheyr b. Ebî Sulmâ ile Abbasî döneminin meşhur şairlerinden el-Mutenebbî’nin durumlarını incelemeye çalışacağız
