Abstract

Bugünün sürekli değişen çevre koşullarında rekabet avantajınısürdürülebilir hale getirmek esastır. Bunu elde etmek isteyen işletmelergelişim ve değişim yoluna gitmek zorundadır. Bazı noktalarda örgüt gelişimsürecinde zayıf kalabilmektedir. Bu nedenle danışmanlardan destek arayışınagirmektedir. Danışmanlık modellerinden süreç danışmanlığı bakış açısı vefelsefesi nedeniyle diğerlerinden ayrılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada süreçdanışmanlığı ve olumlu sorgulama teorik açıdan incelenmiş ve olgunlukdönemine giren süreç danışmanlığının olumlu sorgulama yaklaşımıylabirleştirilip daha etkin bir araç haline getirme önerisi tartışılmıştır
