Hemşirelik Bakımında Duyarlı Sevgi

Abstract

Sevgi; insan yaşamındaki en yüce ve yaşamı yönlendiren en güçlü duygudur. Duyarlı sevgi ise diğerlerine değer vermeyi, onların kararlarına saygı duymayı, biricikliğini içselleştirmeyi, hislerini ve duygularını anlamayı ve onlara içtenlikle davranmayı motive eden bir sevgi türüdür. Hasta ve ailesi için duyarlı sevginin bu bileşenlerinin önemi yüksektir. Çünkü hasta ve ailesi yaşamı sürdürme içgüdüsüyle hareket ederken, bu sürece anlam katan duygu duyarlı sevgi olabilir. Bu nedenle hemşireler için duyarlı sevginin anlaşılması, anlamlandırılması ve içselleştirilmesi önemli ve gereklidir. Bu derlemede hemşireler için duyarlı sevginin önemi ortaya koyulmaya çalışılarak hem hemşireler için hem de hasta ve ailesi için etkileri tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca, duyarlı sevginin geliştirilmesi için gerekli hususlar ve çözüm yolları vurgulanmıştır.

Compassionate Love in Nursing Care

Abstract

Love is the highest and most powerful emotion that leading the human life. Compassionate love is a kind of love that motivates others to value, respect their decisions, internalize their uniqueness, understand their feelings and emotions, and treat them sincerely. These components of compassionate love are important for the patients and their family. Because while the patients and their family live with the instinct to continue life, emotion that adds meaning to this process can be compassionate love. Therefore, it is important and necessary for nurses to understand, make sense and internalize compassionate love. In this review, the importance of compassionate love for nurses and its effects for both nurses and their patients and families were discussed. In addition, the issues and solutions for the development of compassionate love were emphasized.
