DİPSİZ - ÇİNE ÇAYLARININ (MUĞLA-AYDIN) EPİLİTİK DİYATOMELERİ
Abstract
Özet: Bu çalışma Ağustos 2000 ile Temmuz 2001 tarihleri arasında, Muğla il sınırları içinde yer alan Dipsiz Çayı ile Aydın il sınırları içindeki Çine Çayı üzerinde belirlenen 5 istasyondan aylık olarak alınan örneklerde epilitik diyatomelerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Bacillariophyta'ya ait toplam 63 takson tespit edilmiştir. Nitzschia (9), Cymbella (7), Navicula (6) ve Gomphonema (5) en fazla taksonla temsil edilen cinsler olmuştur. En baskın taksonların ise Melosira varians C. A. Agardh (% 16.13), Fragilaria ulna (Nitzsch) Lange-Bertalot (% 8,84), Cocconeis pediculus Ehrenberg (% 7.54), Diatoma vulgaris Bory (%5.71), Synedra tabulata (Agardh) Kützing (% 5.24), Cocconeis placentula (Ehrenberg) (% 4.89) ve Navicula tripunctata (O.F.Müller) Bory (% 4.87) olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

THE EPYLITHIC DIATOMS OF DİPSİZ-ÇİNE (MUĞLA-AYDIN) STREAMS
Abstract: This study was carried out to determine the epilithic diatom flora on a total of 5 sampling stations in monthly period between August 2000 and July 2001 on Dipsiz Stream in Muğla and Çine Stream in Aydın. In this study, 63 taxa belong to Bacillariophyta were determined. Nitzschia (9), Cymbella (7), Navicula (6) and Gomphonema (5) were most represented genus. It was determined that dominant taxa were Melosira varians C.A.Agardh (%16.13), Fragilaria ulna (Nitzsch) Lange-Bertalot (%8.84), Cocconeis pediculus Ehrenberg (%7.54), Diatoma vulgaris Bory (%5.71), Synedra tabulata (Agardh) Kützing. (%5.24), Cocconeis placentula (Ehrenberg) (% 4.89) ve Navicula tripunctata (O.F. Müller) Bory (%4.87).
