Abstract

In this study, the contribution of the temperature to the ballistic conductivity of the temperature for the strongly degenerated electron gas in the quantum rings was investigated, taking into account the Rashba spin-orbit, Zeeman interaction terms, and the impurity-free potential of the delta type. To find the ballistic conductivity of the electrons in the quantum rings, the Green's function of the electrons was calculated using the Dayson equation. It has been found that in the quantum rings, the resonance peaks are found in the change of the ballistic conductivity due to both the chemical potential and the magnetic flux. The amplitude and width of the resonance peaks vary depending on the value of the impurity-type delta-type potential. The peaks in the chemical potential-dependent change are equal to the energies of the bound states of the electrons in the quantum rings. For T ≠ 0, the ballistic conductivity also takes negative values T = 0 when the ballistic conductivity has a positive value.

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada Rashbaspin-yörünge, Zeeman etkileşim terimleri ve delta tip safsız
potansiyeli dikkate alınarak, kuantum halkalarında güçlü yozlaşmış elektron
gazı için sıcaklığın balistik iletkenliğe katkısı araştırılmıştır. Kuantum
halkalarındaki elektronların balistik iletkenliğini bulmak için elektronların
Green fonksiyonu, Dayson denkleminden faydalanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Kuantum
halkalarında balistik iletkenliğin hem kimyasal potansiyele hem demagnetik
akıya bağlı değişiminde rezonans piklerin olduğu görülmüştür. Rezonans piklerin
genliği ve genişliği safsız delta tipi potansiyelin değerine bağlı olarak
değişmektedir. Kimyasal potansiyele bağlı değişimdeki pikler kuantum
halkalarında elektronların bağlı hallerinin enerjisine eşittir.
T = 0 olduğu durumda balistik iletkenlik
pozitif değer aldığı halde
T
¹ 0 durumu için balistik
iletkenlik, negatif değerler de almaktadır.
