Kaz (Anser anser) Özofagus'undaki Mast Hücre Yoğunluğunun Farklı Fiksatiflerle Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalıÄ¢ma farklı tespit solüsyonlarındaki (Bouin, Carnoy, %10'luk formaldehit, alkolik formaldehit, nötral formalin ve izotonik formalin asetik asit) kaz (Anser anser) özofagusunda mast hücrelerinin yoğunluklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Mast hücrelerinin belirlenmesi için Toluidine O Blue boyama yöntemi uygulandı. Mast hücrelerinin lamina propriyada bulunan kan damarı ve bez çevresinde daha yoğun olarak bulundukları belirlendi. Ayrıca en fazla mast hücresine Bouin, en az ise %10'luk Formaldehitte tespit edilen özofagus dokularında rastlandı.
