Abstract

Bu araştırmada, çalışanların örgütsel adalet algısı ile iş tatminleri ve yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, kıdem ve örgütteki pozisyon gibi bireysel özellikleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla bir sanayi işletmesinde toplam 414 çalışan üzerinde gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın sonucunda prosedür adaleti ve etkileşim adaleti algısının, iş tatminini etkilediği, buna karşın dağıtım adaleti algısının iş tatmini üzerinde herhangi bir etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların bireysel özellikleri ile adalet algıları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi sonucunda cinsiyetin tüm adalet türleri algılamaları ile ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte bireysel özelliklerden sadece çalışanların eğitim düzeylerine göre prosedür adaleti algılarının farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir
