LOJİSTİK SEKTÖRÜNDE BLOKZİNCİRİ TEKNOLOJİSİNİN KULLANILMASINA YÖNELİK BİR VAKA ANALİZİ İNCELEMESİ VE LOJİSTİK ŞİRKETİ UYGULAMASI

Abstract

Günümüzde lojistik ve daha genel kapsamda tedarik zinciri sektörlerindeki işletmeler her geçen gün daha da karmaşık bir yapı içerisinde mevcut iş akışlarını ve faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedirler. Söz konusu bu karmaşık ve geniş yapı içerisinde işletmeler çoğu zaman bir takım zorluklar ve sorunlarla karşılaşmaktadırlar. Ayrıca lojistik işletmeler iş akışlarını yerine getirirken gerek dış kaynak kullanımıyla gerekse de işletme içerisinde üretilen teknolojiler ve sistemler kullanırlar. Bununla beraber teknolojinin köklü değişiminden diğer bütün işletmeler gibi lojistik şirketleri de etkilenmektedir. Bu kapsamda lojistik sektörünün dijitalleşmesi ve iş süreçlerinin daha şeffaf ve izlenebilir bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi adına yıkıcı bir teknoloji olarak adlandırılan blokzinciri teknolojisinin lojistik ve tedarik zinciri sektörlerinde kullanılmasına yönelik çalışmalar ve uygulamalar önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında blokzinciri teknolojisinin lojistik ve tedarik zincirinde kullanılmasına yönelik vaka analizi incelemesi yapılmış ve bu vaka analizinin uygun metodoloji yöntemleri kullanılarak bir lojistik şirketinde uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır.
