Abstract

Amaç: Pacemaker leadin sebep olduğu sağ ventrikül perforasyon
olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık



Olgu: Pacemaker implantasyonu sonrası leade bağlı sağ ventriküler
perforasyonu tespit edilen 75 yaşında erkek hastayı sunduk.



Sonuç: Kardiyak rüptür, median sternotomi sonrasında çalışan kalpte
ve basitçe lead geri itilip pledgetli sütürlerle tedavi edilmiştir.
