Aim & Scope

Purpose

The SDU Journal of Health Management is the official publication of the Department of Health Management within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University. The journal is a contemporary academic resource that aims to contribute to the field by publishing original and scientifically rigorous studies that closely follow national and international developments in health management. Established in 2019, the journal is a peer-reviewed, electronic, and biannual publication.
 

Scope
The SDU Journal of Health Management accepts research articles, review articles, and case reports prepared in Turkish or English. The journal is published biannually, in June and December. No submission or evaluation fees are charged for manuscripts submitted to the journal. Articles submitted for publication must be prepared in accordance with research and publication ethics.

The SDU Journal of Health Management publishes scientific studies in the field of health management, including but not limited to healthcare services and healthcare institutions management, health policy and planning, health economics, human resources management in healthcare institutions, marketing, production, financing, and quality management in healthcare services, hospital management, accounting and finance in healthcare institutions, health law, public health, and epidemiology. The journal publishes various types of scholarly works such as research articles, reviews, observations and opinions, conference papers, reports, translations, and announcements.

The SDU Journal of Health Management adheres to the principles, standards, and recommendations on publication ethics set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All manuscripts submitted for publication are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate or Turnitin software. The journal adopts an open access policy, and all published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY).

The views expressed in the articles published in the journal do not necessarily reflect those of the journal; all responsibility lies with the authors. No monetary remuneration is provided to authors.
