Porokeratozis Mibelli

Özet
Porokeratozis, nadir görülen, lokalize bir keratinizasyon bozukluöudur. Porokeratozisin patogenezisi tam olarak açyk olmamakla birlikte anormal epidermal hücre klonlaryndan gelipttai bilinmektedir. Knuckle pad ise parmak eklemlerinin dorsal yüzlerine yerlepen fibromatöz kalynlabmadyr. Burada knuckle padleri olan porokeratozis Mibellüi bir hasta sunulmuptur.

Porokeratosis Of Mibelli With Knuckle Pads
Porokeratosis is an uncommon localized disorder of keratinization. Porokeratosis appears to develop /rom abnormal clones of epidermal cells, but pathogenesis of porokeratosis is unclear. Knuckle pads are well-defined thickening ofthe skin över the articular areas ofthe dorsal surface ofthefingers ör toes. We describe here porokeratosis of Mibelli in apatient with knuckle pads..
