PENİL PROTEZLERİN GÖZDEN GEÇİRİLMESİ VE GELİŞMELER

Abstract

Penil protez cerrahisi erektil disfonksiyon tedavisinde fosfodiesteraz gibi medikal tedavinin kontrendike olduğu veya cevap alınamadığı seçilmiş hasta gruplarında halen vazgeçilmez tedavi seçeneği olarak bulunmaktadır. Son yıllarda özellikle şişirilebilir protezlerdeki silindir ve pompa dizayn gelişmeleri protezlerin saklanmasını kolaylaştırmış, kolay şişirme ve söndürme sağlamış, aynı zamanda enfeksiyon gibi komplikasyonları azaltmıştır. Bu teknolojik yeniliklerin takibi ürologlar açısından hastalarına en iyi şekilde tedavi sunabilmeleri için önemlidir.
