SÜLEYMAN DEMİREL ÜNİVERSİTESİ HASTANESİNDE COVİD-19 YÖNETİMİ: BİR PANDEMİNİN BİRİNCİ YIL KRONOLOJİSİ

Abstract

Dünya 2020 yılında ’’Pandemi’’ ifadesinin tüm anlamı ve gerçekliği ile yüzleşti ve Pandemi ile mücadelenin ancak toplumsal uyum ile sağlanabileceği gerçeği bu sürecin değişmez tek doğrusu oldu. Bu süreç içerisinde Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Hastanesi olarak gelişmeleri başından bu yana çok ciddiye alarak takip ettik, hastanemizin alışık olmadığı çalışma düzenine geçmeye dair kararları almakta çok hızlı ve dikkatli, hastanemizin alışık olduğu çalışma düzenine geri dönmek ile ilgili kararları almakta ise yavaş ve yine bir o kadar dikkatli bir tutum sergiledik. Sonuç itibariyle sizlere sunmuş olduğumuz bu kaynak Pandeminin hastanemizde nasıl yönetildiği hakkında önemli bir arşiv niteliği taşıması ve gelecekte tekrar yaşanabilecek yeni bir Pandemi için de rehber kaynak olması ümit edilerek hazırlanmıştır. Pandemi henüz bitmiş değildir, toplumsal uyumun bu süreçteki tartışmasız tek doğru olduğu gerçeği ile alınan tüm kararlara ve önlemlere azami ölçüde dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir.

COVİD-19 MANAGEMENT IN SÜLEYMAN DEMİREL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL: THE FIRST YEAR CHRONOLOGY OF A PANDEMIC

Abstract

The world faced the whole meaning and reality of the term “Pandemic” in 2020, and the fact that “the struggle against the Pandemic can only be achieved with social harmony” became the only constant truth of this process. During this process, we have been following the developments solemnly from the very beginning as Süleyman Demirel University Hospital. We took a very fast and careful attitude in making decisions about transition to the working order that our hospital was not used to, and a slow and equally careful attitude in making decisions about returning to the working order that our hospital was accustomed to. As a result, this paper that we have presented to you has been prepared with the hope that it will be an important archival resource about how the Pandemic is managed in our hospital and will be a guide for the potential new Pandemics that may occur in the future. The pandemic is not over yet. Considering the fact that the social harmony is indisputably the only truth in this process, maximum attention should be paid to the all decisions and precautions.
