ÖZET
Lipomlar intestinal traktus boyunca yerleşim gösterebilirler. En sık kolonda yerleşirler ve kolonun adenomdan sonra en sık görülen benign tümörleridir. Ancak yine de oldukça nadirdirler.

Lipomas may occur through the intestinal tract,the colon having the highest incidence, where lipomas are the second most common benign neoplasm after adenomas. Nevertheless they are uncommon
