Histerektomi Vakalarının Klinik Özellikleri

Özet:
Süleyman Demirel Ünv. Tıp Fak. Kadın Hast. ve Doğum Kliniğinde Aralık 1994-Kasım 1996 tarihleri arasında değişik endikasyonlarla histerektomi yapılan 72 vakanın klinik özellikleri araştırıldı. En sık histerektomi (H) nedeni, 38 vaka ile (%52.7) leiyomyoma idi. Histerektomi yapılan hastalardan 8'i 40 yaş altındaydı, bunlardan 38 ve 39 yaşlarında olan iki hastaya perimenapozal dönemde olmaları nedeniyle bilateral salpingoooferektomi (BSO) uygulandı. Servikal neoplazi nedeniyle H yapılan 8 vakanın yaş ortalaması 47.5 ± 17.2, endometriyum neoplazili 7 vakada 57.7 ± 7.7, över kanserli 3 vakada 62 ±13.8 idi.

Abstract:
Clinical Aspects Of Hysterectomy Cases
We researched clinical characteristics for 72 patients who had histerectomy between december 1994-november 1996 in the Department ofObstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Süleyman Demirel. Uterine leiomyoma was reported primary diagnosis for 38 patients (% 52.7). Eight of the patients who had hysterectomy \vere below fourty years, two ofthem who were at the age of 38 and 39 had undergone BSO because of they were in the perimenapausal perîod.In the 8 patients who had performed histerectomy for cervical neoplasia had mean level of age 47.5 ± 77.2. Other 7 patients who had performed histerectomy for endometrial neoplasia had mean level of the age 57.7 ± 7.7 and 3 ofthem who had ovarian cancer had mean level age 62 ± 13.8.
