Özet:
Fibröz histiositomlar parsiyel fibroblastik ve histiositik diferansiasyon gösteren histiositik orijinli yumuşak doku tümörleridir.
Bu olgu sunumunda primer olarak orijini nasomaksiller bölgede bulunan bir vaka sunuldu; histopatolojisi, klinik okalizasyon, tam, ayırıcı tanı ve tümöre ait isimler tartışıldı. Bu Vaka işliğinde literatür gözden geçirildi.

Malıgnant Fıbrous Hıstıocytoma Locahsed in Nasomaxillary Regıon
Fibrous histiocytomas ar e soft tissue tunors of histiocytic ör iğin, sho\ving partial fibroblastic and histiocytic diferantiation.f n this report, a case.of pr imar Uy originated from nasomaxillary region is presented. The histopathotogy, clinical localizations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis andnomen çlature of these tumors are discussed. The literatüre was revievved on the occasion of this case.
