Özet

Adneksiyal kitleler başlıca överler, fallop tüpleri, uterus, ligamentum latum, pelvis peritonu, retroperitoneal yapılar, embriyonal kalıntılar, üriner traktüs ve gastrointestinal sistemden kaynaklanır¬lar.

Bunlar konjenital anomaliler, enfeksiyonlar, benign ve malign tümörler, fonksiyonel tümörler, ektopik gebelik, embriyonal kalıntılardan gelişen tümörler ve endometriozis sonucunda oluşurlar.

Bu makalenin amacı üriner sistemden kaynaklanan seyrek görülen iki anomali olgusunu sunmak ve ilgili literatürü gözden geçirmektir.

Abstract


Urmary Tract Abnormahtıcs in Differentıal Dıagnosıs of Adnexal Masses: Case Reports of One Megaureter and One Ectopıc Pelvıc Kıdney

Adnexal masses mainly originate from ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, broad ligament, pelvic peritoneum, retroperitoneal structures, embryologic rests, urinary tract and gastrointestinal system.

They occur as a consequence of congenital anomalies, infections, benign and malign tumors, functional tumors, ectopic pregnancy, tumors arisingfrom embryologic rests and endometriosis.

The purpose ofthis art içle is to preseni two r ar e abnormalities originated from the urinary tract and revievv the related literatüre.
