Amfizematöz kolesistit; safra kesesi lümeninde, duvarında ve perikolesistik dokularda gastrointestinal ve bilier sistem ile anormal ilişkisi olmadan gaz birikinti ile karakterize, akut kolesistitin bir varyantıdır.

ABSTRACT
EMPHYSEMATOUS CHOLECYSTITIS: DIAGNOSTIC PROBLEMS AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS
Emphysematous cholecystitis is a variant ofacute cholecystitis characterized by the presence of gas within the wall, gallbladder inmen ör pericholecystic tissues in the absence of an abnormal communication between the biliary system and the gastrointestinal tract.
