Rutin diseksiyonlar esnasýnda, 55 yaþýnda bir erkek kadavrada a. hepatica dextranýn varyasyonu tespit edildi. A. hepatica propriadan ayrýlan a. hepatica sinistra karaciðerin sadece sol tarafýný beslemekte idi. A. hepatica dextra, a. mesenterica superiorun dalý olup, a. cysticada bu arterden ayrýlmakta idi. A. hepatica proprianýn varyasyonuna karaciðer cerrahisi ve radyolojik deðerlendirmelerde önemli bir sorun olarak sýk karþýlaþýlmaktadýr.
The variation of superior mesenteric artery was observed in 55 years old male cadaver during the routine teaching dissections. The left hepatic artery originated from the proper hepatic artery and supplied only the left lobe of the liver. The right hepatic artery was arised from the superior mesenteric artery and supplied the right lobe. The cystic artery was also originated from this artery. The variation of the proper hepatic artery is often encountered as an important matter in liver surgery and radiological examination
