Abstract
Bu çalışmada otuz adet ekmeklik buğday çeşit/hatlarının verim ve kaliteye etkili olan verim, verim unsurları ve kalite kriterleri açısından tartılı derecelendirme yöntemine göre değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada çeşit/hatların verim, hasat indeksi, bin tane ağırlığı, m²de başak sayısı, başakta tane sayısı, başakta tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, protein oranı ve mini sedimantasyon yönünden performansları belirlenmiştir. Verim, verim unsurları ve kalite kriterleri yönünden 3 ile 12 nolu çeşit/hatlar çok iyi ve stabil performans göstermiştir. Tartılı Derecelendirme sistemi doğru, etkin ve hızlı bir seleksiyon ve değerlendirme sistemi olarak belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine to determine the performance of thirty bread wheat
genotypes by weighted grading method for yield, yield components and quality characters. The
performance of genotypes were determined for yield, harvest index, thousand grain weight, spike
number per m², the number and weight of grains per spike, test weight, protein content and mini
sedimentation. Genotypes with 3 and 12 were determined as the best and stabile crops for yield, yield
components and quality characters. Weighted grading system were found as accurate, effective, and
quick selection and evaluation system.
