This work was carried out in the Agricultural Faculty of Süleyman Demirel University in Isparta. As a plant material, MM111 rootstock and "Golden Delicious", "Redchief" and "Scarlet Spur" apples varieties were used on this rootstock. The scions belonging to these varieties were grafted on MM111 rootstocks internally in February by "Table-type" grafting machine and "Splice grafting" methods. For each grafting method, 3 replicates and 30 seedlings were used. The grafted seedlings were placed in a cold air store at + 4 ° C and transferred to the nursery in April.
In this study, the success rate of grafting, nursery plant length and diameter were monitored monthly until October when the plant developing stopped. According to the results obtained, the "Splice grafting" method has a higher value in terms of grafting success rate than the "Table-type grafting" method.
However, in the Redchief and Scarlet Spur varieties, the grafting success rate is higher in "Table-type grafting machine". It can be said that when we compare the grafting with the machine in terms of the success of the grafting, nursery plant width and length by means of hand-made "Splice grafting" method, it can be preferred especially in terms of nursery plant length.

materyal olarak MM111 anacı ve bu anaç üzerine “Golden Delicious”, “Redchief”
ve “Scarlet Spur” elma çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Bu çeşitlere ait kalemler
MM111 anacı üzerine “Masa tipi” aşı makinası ve “İngiliz aşı” aşılama
yöntemleriyle Şubat ayında iç mekânda aşılanmıştır. Her aşı metodu için 3
tekerrür ve her tekerrürde 30’ar fidan kullanılmıştır. Aşılanan fidanlar +4°C
soğuk hava deposuna konulmuş ve Nisan ayı içerisinde araziye aktarılmıştır.
Araştırmada fidanlarda aşı tutma oraları, fidan boyu, fidan çapı büyümenin
durduğu Ekim ayına kadar aylık periyotlarla takip edilmiştir.
