Acetamipridin Bombus (Bombus terrestris L.) Arılarında Kuluçka Gelişimi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract
Son yıllarda yabani ve yönetilen arıların populasyonlarının azalışında tarımda kullanılan pestisitlerin etkisinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Acetamiprid etken maddeli bitki koruma ürünleri örtü altı yetiştiricilikte zararlı böceklerle mücadelede yaygın şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Ancak, bu ürünler hedef zararlının yanı sıra seralarda tozlaşma için kullanılan Bombus terrestris arıları gibi faydalı böcekleri de olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma acetamipridin (Afitrid (SP)) B. terrestris kolonilerinde kuluçka faaliyeti, ergin bireylerin üretilmesi, koloni populasyonundaki artış ve koloni ömrü gibi koloninin tozlaştırma performansı ile doğrudan ilişkili olan kritik özellikler üzerine etkisinin mikro koloni yöntemi ile belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mikro koloniler acetamipridin tavsiye edilen dozunu (30 gram /100 litre su) farklı oranlarda (0-kontrol, 1/1000, 1/100, 1/10 ve 1/1) içeren farklı şeker şurupları ile altı hafta boyunca beslenmiştir. Sonuçlar, acetamipridin B. terrestris arısında işçi arı ölümü, yumurtlama performansı, yumurta ve larva dönemi süresi, üretilen ergin birey sayısı ve ağırlıkları üzerine önemli etkisinin olduğunu göstermiştir.
