Piknodizostozisin Klinik ve Radyolojik Özellikleri: Olgu Raporu

Abstract

Amaç: Bu makalenin amacı hastalığın karakteristik
orofasiyal bulgularını tanımlayan bir piknodisostoz vakasını bildirmektir

Gereç ve Yöntemler:16 yaşında erkek hasta dişlerindeki çapraşıklık
nedeniyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Klinik muayenede kısa boy, hipertelorizm, gaga
burun, frontal şişlik, mandibular retrognati, tombul el ve oluklu damak
görüldü. Radyografik muayenede ise gonial açıda artma, kondil boynunda uzama ve
kemik dansitesinde artma görüldü.

Bulgular:

Sonuçlar: Piknodizostozisli hastalarda osteomyelit riski yüksek
olduğu için cerrahi işlemler öncesi bu durum gözönünde bulundurulmalıdır
