Düşük Protein İçerikli Rasyonlara Prebiyotik veya Antibiyotik Katkısının Japon Bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix Cotur-nix Japonica) Besi Performansına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu deneme, düşük seviyede ham protein içeren rasyonlara prebiyotik (mannanoligosakkarid) veya antibiyotik (fla-vomycin) katkısının Japon bıldırcınlarının besi performansına etkisini saptayabilmek için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kuşlar, 2 ppm flavomycin veya % 0.1 mannanoligosakkarid içeren, % 18 HP'ye sahip bazal rasyonla 35 gün yemlenmişlerdir. Performans ölçütlerine ilişkin veriler, düşük proteinli rasyonlar için mannanoligosakkaridlerin büyütme amaçlı antibi-yotik olan flavomycine alternatif olabileceğini göstermiştir. Bu denemede, yem tüketimi için flavomycin ve mannanoligo-sakkarid grupları arasındaki farklılıklar önemli olmasına rağmen (P<0.05), yem değerlendirme katsayısı ve canlı ağırlık kazancı bakımından gözlemlenen farklılıklar önemsiz bulunmuştur.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effects of inclusion of prebiotic (mannanoligosaccharide) or antibiotic (fla-vomycin) to the diets containig low protein on fattening performance characteristics of Japanese quails. The birds were fed with the diets containing 18 % CP and 2 ppm flavomycin or 0.1 % mannanoligosaccharide for 35 days. The results showed that mannanoligosaccharides could be alternative to flavomycin for the diets containig low protein. In the present study, although there was a significant difference (P<0.05) for food intake among the groups fed with flavomy-cin and mannanoligosaccharide, there were no significant differences for live weight gain and food conversion ratio among these groups.
