Determination of The Effect of Fan Blade Types on Separation Performance for Local Type Thresher

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of the two different blade types (K1 =40°; K1 =90°), three different fan rotation number (A1=925 min-1; A2=833 min-1; A3=735 min-1) and three different eccentric rotation number (E1=357 min-1; E2=312 min-1; E3=277 min-1) on separation (cleaning) performance for local type thresher. For this purpose, the effects of blade types, the ratio of fan and eccentric rotation number from independent parameters to total grain losses ratio (damaged grain separa-tion ratio, cleaning losses ratio, unthreshed out grain ratio) and cleaning ratio were determined.
Air velocity, damaged grain separation ratio, cleaning losses ratio, unthreshed out grain ratio, total grain losses ratio, cleaning ratio in K1 blade type varied as 12.63...15.51 ms-1, 0.75...1.18 %, 0.27...2.56 %,0.34...0.66 %,1.78...4.19 %, 95.39...98.35 %, in K2 blade type16.75...20.81 ms-1,0.76...1.05 %,0.32...2.38 %,0.29...0.71 %,1.64...3.68 %, 97.17...99.17 % respectively. The more homegeneous air velocity profilles, higher air velocity, air flow rate, cleaning ratio, lower total grain losses ratio values were obtained at K2 blade type. The most suitable working combination was determined as K2A3E3.

Yerli Tip Harman Makinasında Aspiratör Kanat Tiplerinin Ayırma Performansına Etkisinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yerli tip harman makinalarında kullanılan aspiratörlerde iki farklı kanat tipi (K1=40°; K2 =90°) , üç farklı aspiratör dönü sayısı (A1=925 min-1; A2=833 min-1; A3=735 min-1) ve üç farklı eksantrik dönü sayısının (E1=357 min-1; E2=312 min-1; E3=277 min-1) ayırma (temizleme) performansına etkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla bağımsız pa-rametrelerden kanat tipi, aspiratör ve eksantrik dönü sayısının toplam kayıp tane oranı (kırık tane ayırma oranı, temizleme kaybı oranı, harmanlanmamış tane oranı) ve temizleme oranına etkileri belirlenmiştir.
Hava hızı, kırık tane ayırma oranı, temizleme kaybı oranı, harmanlanmamış tane oranı, toplam kayıp tane oranı ve temiz-leme oranı değerlerinin sırasıyla K1 kanat tipinde, 12.63...15.51 m/s, % 0.75...1.18, % 0.27...2.56, % 0.34...0.66, % 1.78...4.19, % 95.39...98.35, K2 kanat tipinde ise 16.75...20.81 m/s, % 0.76...1.05, % 0.32...2.38, % 0.29...0.71, % 1.64...3.68, % 97.17...99.17 arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. K2 kanat tipinde; daha homojen hava hızı profilleri, daha yüksek hava hızı, hava debisi, temizleme oranı, daha düşük toplam kayıp tane oranı değerleri elde edilmiştir. En uygun çalışma kombinasyonu K2A3E3 olarak belirlenmiştir.
