Situation of Foundry Industry in Konya Region

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to determine conditions of foundry industry in Konya region. At the end of the study the following statistical data were found. The capacity of 58.33% of the foundry industry was 500 t/year. 55.56% of the foundry industry has a closed area of 500-1000 m2. 47.22% of them has employed from 10 to 20 employees. Up to 48% of them have employed no technician or engineer. More than 90% of them used foundry sand method for casting pro-cess and 15% of the total casting belongs to various machinery parts. 13.89% of them have their own R&D unit in them. 91.67% of them plan to expand their business.

Konya Bölgesinde Döküm Sanayinin Durumu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Konya Bölgesinde bulunan döküm sanayinin durumu araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, döküm firmalarının %58.33’ünün kapasitesinin 500 ton/yıl olduğu, %55.56’sının 500-1000m2 kapalı alana sahip olduğu, %47.22’sinin 10 ile 20 arasında personel çalıştırdığı, %48’e yakınının hiç tekniker veya mühendis çalıştırmadığı, %90’nından fazlasının döküm işlemi için kum kalıba döküm yöntemini kullandığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca kum kalıba döküm yönteminde, muhtelif tarım makinesi parçası oranının %15 olduğu, firmaların kendi bünyesinde %13.89’unun AR-GE birimine sahip olduğu ve % 91.67’sinin ise kurduğu işletmeyi genişletmeyi düşündüğü saptanmıştır.
