Karaman Ovası'nda Arazi Toplulaştırmasının Parsel Boyutları ve Kültür Teknik Hizmetlere Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Köy Hizmetleri İl Müdürlüğünce Karaman Ovası'nda uygulanan toplulaştırma projelerinde, toplulaştırmanın parsel boyutu, alan kayıpları, parsel sayısı ve şekli, sulama ve drenaj şebekeleri ile ulaşım şebekelerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Parsel boyutları ile ilgili ölçmeler kadastral haritalar üzerinde, sınır kayıpları ile ilgili ölçmeler arazide yapılmış, ulaşım ve sulama şebekeleri ile ilgili değerler proje dosyalarından alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak bölge için uygun optimum parsel boy/en oranı 3 ola- rak hesaplanmış, kanal boyunda %30.6 azalma, yatırım masraflarında %44.6 tasarruf sağlandığı tesbit edilmiştir.

Abstract

In this research was condacted in Karaman Plain in which the effect of land consolidation on the size, number and shape of the plot, loss of area, irrigation, drainage and transportion systems were investigated. Plot size were measured in cadastral map and border losses were determined by measuring about irrigation and transportion systems were obtained from the projects document. As a result of Land Consolidation suitable plot length to width ratio was calculated as 3 for the research area and length of irrigation canals was shorted 30.6% and in investment cost was decreased by 44.6%.
