Konya Ekolojik Şartlarında Yetiştirilen Bazı Elma Çeşitlerinin Poisson Oranı ve Elastikiyet Modüllerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Materyal olarak üç farklı elma çeşidinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada; parametre olarak Poisson oranı ve Elastikiyet Modulü seçilmiştir. Çalışmada metod olarak, araştırıcılar tarafından geliştirilen Biyolojik Malzeme Test Cihazı kullanılmıştır. Ölçümler esnasında yükleme hızı 6.2 cm/dak olarak sabit tutulmuştur. Poisson oranın belirlenmesi amacıyla, araştırma materyali elmalardan özel aparat yardımıyla çıkarılan silindirik numuneler kullanılmıştır. Elastikiyet modülünün belirlenmesi içinde 2,2 mm. çapındaki silindirik kalıptan faydalanılmıştır. Ortalama Poisson oranı ve uygulanan kuvvet değerleri Boussinesq eşitliğinde yerine yazılarak her bölge için elastikiyet modülü değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Amasya elmasında Poisson oranı ortalama v = 0,390, Golden elmasında v = 0,382 ve Starking elmasında ise v = 0,375 olarak bulunmuştur. Elastikiyet modülü ise sap, karın ve çiçek bölgelerinde 1,11 ... 3,05 N/mm² arasında değişmektedir.

The Determination of Poisson's Ratio and Elasticity Modulus of Some Apple Varieties in Konya Condition Grown

Abstract

In this research as a material, three apple varietes and as a parameter Poisson's ratio and Elasticity Moduls are selected. As a method Biological Material Test Device is used. Biological Material test device for this research is developed by Dr. Hüseyin ÖĞÜT and Cevat AYDIN. Rate of loading as 6,2 cm/min is constant. To determination of Poisson's Ratio cylindrical specimens were taken from three apple varietes and to determination of Elasticity Moduls 2,2 mm diameter die is used. Elasticity Moduls is calculated from means Poisson's ratio and applied forces by Boussinesq equation. According to study for Poisson's ratio of Amasya are mean v = 0, 390 and for Golden v = 0, 382 and Starking v = 0, 382 found. Elasticity Modulus for different region of apple varietes were changed from 1,11 to 3,05 N/mm².
