Erken Ekimin Şeker Pancarında (Beta vulgaris L.) Tohuma Kalkma Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Şeker pancarında tohuma kalkma, erken ekim ve normal ekim zamanlarında denenmiştir. Erken ekim şartına bağlı olarak 7-8 haftalık 10 °C 'nin altındaki sıcaklıkların tohuma kalkmayı % 0,8 oranında teşvik ettiği ortaya konmuştur. Denemelerde kullanılan 100 hattan 25 'i erken ekimde, 14 'ü ise normal zamanda ekimde tohuma kalkmıştır. Tohuma kalkma oranları erken ekimde oranı % 1,03, normal zamanda ekimde % 0,19 olmuştur.

The Effect of Early Sowing on Bolting of Sugar Beet (Beta vulgaris L.)

Abstract

The effect of early and normal sowing dates on the bolting of sugar beets were investigated. Early sowing (7-8 weeks before the normal sowing date when mean temparature was below 10 °C) has encauraged the rate of bolted plants by 0.8%. Among the 100 lines sown, 25 lines bolted in early sowing, 14 lines bolted in normal sowing date with the bolting rates of 1.03%, and 0.19%, respectively.
