Konya Merinosu Koyunlarında Hemoglobin Tipleri ile Bazı Verim Özellikleri Arasındaki İlişkilerin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Yüz otuz dört yetişkin Konya Merinosu koyun [Merinos x Beyaz Karaman (G2 ve G3)] hemoglobin tipleri için tiplendirilmiştir. Hemoglobin A (Hb A) gen frekansı 0.0895 olarak bulunmuştur. Hemoglobin tipleri ile bazı üretim özellikleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Hb tipleri ile herhangi bir özellik arasında önemli bir korelasyon bulunmamıştır.

Determination of the Relationships Between Hemoglobin Types and Some Production Traits in Konya Merino Sheep

Abstract

One hundred thirty-four adult Konya Merino ewes [Merino x White Karaman (G2 and G3)] were typed for hemoglobin types. Gene frequency of hemoglobin A (Hb A) was found to be 0.0895. The relationship between hemoglobin types and some production traits were examined. No significant correlation was found between Hb types and any traits
