The Characteristics of Agricultural Mechanization in Karaman Province and Relationships Between These Characteristics

Abstract

The Agricultural character of Karaman province is mostly the form of field farming. The farms which are, subjected to this investigation, have been examined to base on data which are obtained by inquiry. The measurements related to mechanization characteristics were respectively determined as, 21, 97 ha of average farm land, 46,63 kW of tractor engine power, 3.815 kg of existing farm machines. The mechanisation level relative to tractor was 2,2 kW/ha, and to the other farm machines was 3,69 ton/tractor.
