Yetiştirme Sıklığı ve Rasyonda Kullanılan Koksidiostat Tipinin Etlik Piliçlerin Performansına Etkisi

Öz

Birim alanda yetiştirilen hayvan sayısı (13, 19, ve 25 piliç/m2) ve rasyonda kullanılan koksidiostat tipinin (Cygro-maduramicine, Avatec-lasolacid, Amprol plus ve Kapindol) etlik piliçlerin performansına etkisini tesbit etmek için bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma (3x4) faktöryel deneme planında ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak (1.8 m2'lik 36 adet bölmede) yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada karışık cinsiyette 1224 adet et- lik civciv kullanılmıştır. Civcivler 8 hafta müddetle pencereli kümeste yetiştirilmişler ve 0-4 haftalık dönemde etlik etlik civciv yemi, 4-8 haftalık dönemde ise etlik piliç yemi ile yemlenmişlerdir. Yem ve su serbest olarak verilmiştir. Koksidiostatlar araştırmanın son haftasında rasyondan çıkarılmıştır. Yüksek sıklıkta (25 piliç /m²) yetiştirilen broylerlerin 8 haftalık canlı ağırlıkları diğer sıklıklarda yetiştirilen piliçlerden önemli derecede düşük (p <0.01) bulunmuştur. Yetiştirme sıklığı arttıkça broylerlerin canlı ağırlık artışı (CAA) ve karkas ağırlığı düşmüş ise de gruplar arasındaki farklılıklar önemsizdir. Yetiştirme sıklığı arttıkça broylerlerin yem tüketimi ve yem/CAA oranları önemli derecede (p<0.01) düşmüş ve ölüm oranı birazcık artmıştır. Genellikle en düşük performans değerleri cygro ve avatec ile beslenen broylerlerde görülmüştür. Rasyona katılan koksidiostatların hiçbirisi de broylerde karkas ağırlığı ve ölüm oranını önemli derecede etkilememiştir. İnteraksiyonun farklı dönemlerdeki yem tüketimi ve 0-4 haftalık yem/CAA'na etkisi süreklilik göstermemiştir.

Effect of Stocking Density and Type of Anticoccidal Agent Used in The Ration on The Brolier Performans

Abstract

An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of stocking densities (13, 19 and 25 birds/m2) and type of anticoccidial agent (cygro, avatec, amprol plus and capindol) used in the ration on the broiler performance. The research was conducted in 3x4 factorial arrangement with three replicates (in 36 pens with 1.8 m²). A total of 1224 unsexed broiler chicks were used in the experiment. They were reared in a windowed conventional house until 8 weeks of age and fed starter diet from 0 to 4 weeks of age and finisher diet from 4 to 8 weeks of age. Feed and water were provi ded for adlibitum access. Coccidial agents were withdrawn from ration at the last week of the trial. Body weight of brollers at 8 weeks of age which were reared at high density (25 birds/m2) were significantly decreased from the broilers were reared at other densities (p<0.01). Weight gain from 0 to 8 weeks of age and carcass weight were depressed, when stocking densities were increased, but differences among the groups were not significant. When stocking densities were increased, feed intake and feed/ gain ratio of broilers were significantly reduced (p <0.01) and mortality was slightly increased. It was observed that the brollers were fed cygro, and avatec generally give the lowest performance characteristics. None of the coccidial agents used in the ration didn't significantly effect the carcass weight and mortality. The effect of Interaction on the feed consumption in different stage of growth and feed/gain ratio from 0 to 4 weeks of age were not found consistently.
