The Investigation of the Determination of Some Plant Characteristics of Soaproot on the Variety, (Gypsophila venusta Fenzl.) which Grown Konya Area

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the soaproot, Gypsophila venusta Fenzl. which was grown Konya area, and their morphological characters, growing possibility and used area of root drogs.In the research, the seed harvested from Gypsophila venusta Fenzl. were tested for emergenc pots, at naturel and green house conditions and emerged in a short time (after 3 days), it was realised some morphological characters from natural plants. According to avaraged values of characters of which plant height stem diameter, number of mainstems, number of seeds on min stems, number of seeds on fruit, number of seeds and seed yield on per plant, 1000 seed weight, and root diameter were shown, respectively, 77.5 cm, 141.3 cm, 20 number, 307.9 number, 2.3 number, 16614 number, 22.3 g, 0.63 g and 3.38 cm. In addition, it was determined the corelation between seed yield and cited characters.

Konya Yöresi Çöven Türlerinden (Gypsophila venusta Fenzl.)'ın Bazı Bitkisel Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırma 1994-1995 yıllarında Konya yöresi çövenlerinden Gysophila venusta Fenzl in bitkisel özellikleri, yetiştirilme imkanları ve faydalanma alanlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sera şartlarında ve normal dış şartlarda çöven tohumları çimlenmiş ve kısa sürede (3 gün sonunda) toprak yüzeyine çıktığı görülmüştür. Daha sonra doğal bitkiler üzerinde bazı bitkisel özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Ortalama değerlere göre bitki boyu 77.5 cm, bitki çap alanı 141.3 cm, anadal sayısı 20 adet, anadal da meyve sayısı 307.9 adet, meyvede tohum sayısı 2.3 adet, bitkide tohum sayısı 16614 adet, bitki başına tohum verimi 22.3 g. 1000 dane ağırlığı 0.63 g. kök çapı 3.38 cm olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca tohum veriminin diğer özelliklerle kore- lasyonu da belirlenmiştir.
