Determination of Vibration Speed and Noise Level at Deep Well Pumping Plants

Abstract

In this study, vibration speed and noise level were investigated at deep well (vertical line shaft) irrigation pumping plants. The vibration speeds of electric motor, coupling and pump discharge head values of investigated plants were found 11.23 ± 1.37, 7.32 ± 1.67 and 5.38 ± 0.93 mm/s respectively. According to the ISO 2372, it was determined that 34.6% of pumping plants were operated in unacceptable conditions, in terms of vibration speed of coupling. Generally, the noise levels of pumping plants were measured as 85.8 ± 5.5 dB(A).

Derin Kuyu Pompaj Tesislerinde Titreşim Hızı ve Gürültü Düzeyinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, derin kuyu (düşey milli) sulama pompaj tesislerinde titreşim hızı ve gürültü düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. İncele-nen tesislerin elektrik motor, kaplin muhafazası ve pompa çıkış başlığında ölçülen titreşim hızları sırasıyla, 11.23 ± 1.37, 7.32 ± 1.67 ve 5.38 ± 0.93 mm/s seviyelerinde bulunmuştur. ISO 2372’ye göre, kaplin muhafazasından ölçülen titreşim hızı bakı-mından, tesislerin %34.6’sı kabul edilemez koşullarda işletildiği belirlenmiştir. Tüm tesis genelinde kabin içi gürültü düzeyleri ise 85.8 ± 5.5 dB(A) olarak ölçülmüştür.
