This research was carried out strawberry varieties such as Bolverim77, Hilal77, Doruk77, Dorukhan77, Ata77, Eren77 and Erenoğlu77 were used in thisexperiment.0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% lime doses were applied in order to determine the lime responses of the strawberry varieties. It has been determined that plant growth is affected negatively by the increase of lime doses. It was determined that Ata77 was the most affected variety in terms of plant fresh weight. In the control, the plant fresh weight was 41.37 gr, while it has been identified 11.01 gr with 73% reduction in the application of 20% lime. In the control of Hilal77 variety, the plant dry weight was determined as 11.92 gr and it was determined as 2.71 gr with 77% decrease as a result of 20% lime application. In terms of root fresh weight, Doruk77 variety was the most affected by lime doses, root fresh weight was 11.22 gr in control and 3.12 gr with 72% decrease in 20% lime application. Root dry weight, was 2.82 gr in control whereas 20% lime application was recorded as 0.83 gr with 60%reduction.Dorukhan77 has been the most affected variety among the varieties in terms of number of leaves. The number of leaves per plant in the Dorukhan77 variety was 11.67 in control whereas it was determined as 5.27 with 54% decrease in 20% lime application When leaf area data were examined Doruk77 was the most damaged variety among the varieties. The plant leaf area of Doruk77 was 25.28 cm2 in 5% lime dosage and 10.67 cm2 in 20% lime application with 58% reduction. In terms of SPAD, Hilal77 variety was the most damaged variety from lime. The SPAD value in the control is 44.45, while the application of 20% lime is 31.85 with a 28% reduction.
Bu araştırmada, Bolverim77, Hilal77, Doruk77, Dorukhan77, Ata77, Eren77, Erenoğlu77 çilek çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Çilek çeşitlerinin kirece tepkilerini belirlemek amacıyla %0, %5, %10, %15 ve %20 kireç dozları uygulanmıştır. Kireç dozlarının artışına bağlı olarak bitki büyümesinin olumsuz yönde etkilendiği belirlenmiştir. Bitki yaş ağırlığı bakımından en fazla etkilenen çeşidin Ata77 olduğu ve 41.37 gr’dan (kontrol) %20 kireç uygulamasında %73 azalma ile 11.01 gr’a düştüğü belirlenmiştir. Bitki kuru ağırlığında Hilal77 çeşidinin kontrol grubunda 11.92 gr olarak belirlenirken %20 kireç uygulamasında %77 azalma ile 2.71 gr olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kök yaş ağırlığı Doruk77 çeşidinde kontrolde 11.22 gr iken %20 kireç uygulaması sonucunda %72 azalma ile 3.12 gr olarak belirlenmiştir. Kök kuru ağırlığında ise Hilal77 çeşidinde kontrolde kök kuru ağırlığı 2.82 gr iken %20 kireç uygulamasında %60 azalma ile 0.83 gr olarak kaydedilmiştir. Yaprak sayısı bakımından da çeşitler içerisinde en fazla etkilenen çeşit Dorukhan77 olmuş ve bitki başına yaprak sayısı kontrolde 11.67 adet olurken %20 kireç uygulamasında %54 azalma ile 5.27 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yaprak alanı ise en fazla Doruk77 çeşidinde azalmış ve %5 kireç dozunda 25.28 cm2 iken %20 kireç uygulamasında %58 azalma ile 10.67 cm2 olarak belirlenmiştir. SPAD bakımından da Hilal77 çeşidi kireçten en fazla zarar gören çeşit olmuştur. Kontrolde SPAD değeri 44.45 iken %20 kireç uygulamasında 31.85'dir
