Bitkisel Artık Kökenli Fitotoksitenin Mikrobiyal Aşılama ile Azaltılması Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Laboratuvar şartları altında yürütülen bu çalışmada, buğday samanı çeşitli mikroorganizmalar yardımı ile bir ön ayrıştırma işlemine tâbi tutularak, samanın buğday bitkisi üzerine olan fitotoksit etkisi azaltılmaya çalışılmıştır; 1) En yüksek fitotoksit etki hiçbir ön ayrıştırmaya tâbi tutulmamış saman içeren ortamda yetiştirilen buğday fidelerinde görülmüştür. 2) Çeşitli bakteri ve mantar türleri aşılayarak bir ön ayrıştırma işlemine täbi tutulmuş samanın bulunduğu ortamlarda fitotoksite daha düşük olmuştur. 3) Araştırmada aşı olarak kullanılan mikroorganizmalar, samanın ön ayrıştırılmasındaki etkinlikleri bakımından kendi aralarında farklılık göstermişler ve en etkin mikroorganizmaların Azotobacter chrococcum ve Mucor plumbeus olduğu tesbit edilmiştir.

Abstract

Nondegraded and degraded straw samples, with various microorganisms used as inocula, were tested for their phytotoxic effects on germination, root extention and root elongation, of wheat seedlings grown in laboratory. The results obtained from the experiment were as ollows; 1) The straw samples, which were not degraded with microbial inoculation prior to seeding, produced highly phytotoxic effect on germination, root tion of the wheat seedlings, and the effects were significant. 2) The diffrences in effect between the decomposer microorganizms were also signiticant. 3) Mucor plumbeus and Azotobacter chroococcum were found to be most effective decomposer of the straw samples to minimize the potential phytotoxicty.
