Research on the Some Caracteristicks of Maturity of Grape Cultivar Narince Grafted on 12 Different Rootstocks

Abstract

In this research, the effect of rootstocks on the ripening chracterictics such as total soluble solidity (TSS), total acidity (TA) and TSS/TA were studied on the grape cultivar Narince during ripening period. In addition, the results of organoleptic tests (OT) that grupped by TSS and TA were valued. The highest value of TSS was found from the grape sample on the rootstock Lot aproximetely all harvest time. The least TSS analised from the 41 B rootstock. TSS, TA and ripenning indexes (RI) were significantly different among rootstocks. The highest TA was analised from the 140 Ru (10.24 g/l at first harvest) and 1103 P (7.22 at the fourth harvest). On the other hand TA was decreased below to 4.52 g/l on the rootstock 420 A at the fourth harvest. The value of RI were recorded between 16.59 (at the first harvest on the rootstock 41 B) and 43.07 (at the fourth harvest on the rootstock Lot). The correlation between rootstocks and RI due to harvest time were calculated as -0.345, -0.389, -0.307 and -0.482 respectively. The OT values were varied between 3.7 (at first group) and 7.9 (at 16th group) according to performed ripennig group.

12 Farklı Amerikan Asma Anacına Aşılanmış Narince Üzüm Çeşidinin Bazı Olgunluk Karakteristikleri Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, bazı Amerikan asma anaçlarının, üzerine aşılı Narince üzüm çeşidinde, farklı hasat zamanlarında, suda çözünen kuru madde miktarı (SÇKM), toplam asitlik (TA) ve SÇKM/TA gibi olgunluk karakteristiklerie et kileri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca SÇKM ve TA değerlerine göre gruplandırılan üzüm örneklerinde tadım testi (TT) sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. SÇKM hemen her hasat döneminde Lot üzerine aşılı omcalardan alınan örneklerde en yüksek bulunmuştur. Bu bakımdan 41 B en alt sırada yer almıştır. Hasat tarihlerine bağlı olarak anaçlar arasında çeşidin SÇKM, TA ve olgunluk indisi (Of)'ne etki bakımından önemli farklılıklar kaydedilmiştir. En yüksek TA, I. hasatta 140 Ru (10.24 g/l) ve IV. hasatta 1103 P (7.22 g/l) üzerine aşılı omcalardan alınan örneklerde belirlenmiştir. TA azalması 4.52 g/l'ye kadar inmiştir (IV. hasat, 420 A). Hasat dönemlerinde Of değerleri 16.59 (I. hasat, 41 B) ile 43.07 (IV. hasat, Lot) arasında değişmiştir. Anaçlarla Of arasında hasat tarihlerine göre sırasıyla -0.345, -0.389, -0.307 ve -0.482'lik bir korelasyon hesaplanmıştır. TT puanları, oluşturulan olgunluk gruplarına göre, 3.7 (I. grup) ile 7.9 (16. grup) arasında değişmiştir.
