The Effects of Different Nitrogen and Potassium Doses on the Grain Yield, Morphological Characters and Crude Protein Rate of "TTM-813" Hybrid Corn Varieties (Zea mays L. indentata S.)

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of different nitrogen and potassium doses on the grain yield, morphological characters and crude protein rate of "TTM-813" hybrid corn variety in Konya International Bahri Dağdaş Winter Wheat Research Institute under irrigation conditions in 1993. In the research arranged with respect to the randomized block experimental design in the factorial design with three replications. 5 nitrogen doses (0, 5 kg/da, 10 kg/da, 15 kg/da and 20 kg/da) and 4 potassium doses (0, 4 kg/da, 8 kg/da and 12 kg/da) were applied.

Farklı Azot ve Potasyum Dozlarının "TTM-813" Melez Mısır Çeşidinin (Zea mays L. indentata) Dane Verimi, Morfolojik Özellikleri ve Ham Protein Oranı Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, 1993 yılında Konya Bahri Dağdaş Milletlerarası Kışlık Hububat Araştırma Merkezi deneme tarlalarında ve sulu şartlarda, farklı azot ve potasyum dozlarının "TTM-813" melez mısır çeşidinin dane verimi, morfolojik özellikleri ve ham protein oranı üzerine etkilerini belirle- mek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. "Tesadüf blokları" deneme desenine göre faktöriyel düzende üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulan bu denemede, 5 farklı azot dozu (0, 5 kg/da, 10 kg/da, 15 kg/da ve 20 kg/da N) ve 4 farklı potasyum dozu (0, 4 kg/da, 8 kg/da ve 12 kg/da K20) uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, en yüksek dane verimi, 674 kg/da olmak üzere 20 kg/da N+8 kg/da K20 uygulanan deneme parsellerinden elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada; koçan uzunluğu, koçan çapı, bitki boyu, ilk koçan yüksekliğı, koçanda dane sayısı, koçanda dane ağırlığı, artan azot dozlarında genellikle artmış ve bu durum dane verimindeki değişime büyük ölçüde benzerlik göstermiştir. Uygulanan potasyum dozlarına bağlı olarak bu özelliklerde artış ya da azalmalar olmuştur.
