Investigation of the use of Teleworking Areas During The Covid-19 Pandemic: A Research on Participation Bank Employees

Year 2022, , 608 - 621, 30.11.2022
https://doi.org/10.29249/selcuksbmyd.1124790

Abstract

In the Covid-19 process, especially banks have started to actively use alternative workspaces. In this study, the effects of remote workspaces on the employees of participation banks were investigated in the Covid-19 process. The data obtained from 411 samples working in offices or branches in Participation Banks across Turkey were used. A total of 19 hypotheses created in the model were tested and the Technology Acceptance Model was used. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test this model. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the factors of employees' compliance with the teleworking system, time, perceived behavioral control and perceived ease of use positively affect the perceived benefit. In addition, facilitating conditions, anxiety, trust and self-efficacy factors were found to have a negative effect on perceived benefits.

Covid-19 Pandemisi Süresince Uzaktan Çalışma Alanları Kullanımının İncelenmesi: Katılım Bankası Çalışanları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Year 2022, , 608 - 621, 30.11.2022
https://doi.org/10.29249/selcuksbmyd.1124790
