Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the historical development and current status of entrepreneurship education and innovation strategies in the literature through bibliometric analysis. It is emphasized that entrepreneurship education improves individuals' skills such as creative thinking, risk taking and effective decision making, strengthens entrepreneurial intentions and contributes to economic outputs. Innovation strategies, on the other hand, have a critical role in helping businesses gain competitive advantage and gain a sustainable structure. In the literature, it is stated that the integration of entrepreneurship education and innovation strategies enables individuals and organizations to exhibit an innovative and adaptive structure. The research analyzed 271 academic documents published in the Web of Science (WoS) database between 2003 and 2025. Research visuals were obtained with the help of R and Rstudio programs. The results reveal that international collaborations in the field of entrepreneurship education and innovation strategies are strong and that these topics are receiving increasing attention in academia. Moreover, keywords such as “innovation”, “performance” and “strategy” were found to be the main research foci in this field. The study shows that the integration of entrepreneurship education and innovation strategies can increase innovation at the individual and organizational level and that addressing these two areas together can be an important guide for educational policies and academic studies. The findings are expected to shed light on future research to make entrepreneurship and innovation processes more efficient.
