Aim & Scope

Journal of Art and Iconography aims to contribute to the literature by publishing manuscripts at the highest scientific level in the fields of written, oral and contemporary culture and art, which are about national and international art and all disciplines related to art. The journal publishes original articles, reviews, and book reviews that are prepared in accordance with ethical guidelines. 

The scope of the journal is all fields of work that are directly or indirectly related to art, especially applied arts, performing arts, plastic arts, traditional arts, art history, art theory, art criticism, and music sciences.

The target audience of the journal includes researchers and specialists who are interested or working in all fields of art. 

To guarantee that all papers published in the journal are maintained and permanently accessible, articles are stored in Dergipark which serves as a national archival web site and at the same time permits LOCKSS to collect, preserve, and serve the content.
