Sinop Yarımadası Kıyıları (Güney Karadeniz, Türkiye) Makroalg Topluluklarının Zamansal Değişimi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada, Karadeniz’in Sinop Yarımadası çevresindeki mevcut denizel makroalg
türleri
nin dağılımı ve biyokütlesindeki
mevsimsel
değişimler
incelenmiştir. Örneklemeler Eylül 2013-Temmuz 2014 tarihleri arasında 2-5 m
derinlikler arasında yer alan dokuz farklı istasyonda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alg
örnekleri tüple dalış yapılarak metal bir çerçeve (20x20cm) ile üç tekerrürlü
olarak elle toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, 6’sı Chlorophyta, 6’sı
Ochrophyta ve 18’i Rhodophyta olmak üzere toplam 30 takson tespit edilmiştir.
İstasyonlar genelinde tespit edilen en baskın türler Cystoseira crinita Duby, 1830 (%53) ve Cystoseira barbata (Stackhouse) C.Agardh, 1820 (%37) olup bunu Polysiphonia fucoides (Hudson) Greville,
1824 ve Ceramium spp. türleri izlediği
tespit edilmiştir.  İstasyonlar genelinde
ortalama en yüksek biyokütle değeri 8861.9 gm-2 (yaş ağırlık)ile
Taşocağı istasyonunda, en düşük değer ise Ayı İni Koyu (4006.8 gm-2)
istasyonundan elde edilmiştir. Örnekleme boyunca tespit edilen biyokütle değerinin
2150.6 gm-2 (Karakum
istasyonu, yaz mevsimi) ile 10947.2
gm-2 (Taşocağı istasyon, ilkbahar) arasında değişim gösterdiği
saptanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Karadeniz’in Sinop Yarımadası kıyılarındaki
makroalg türleri ve biyokütlelerindeki mevsimsel değişikliklere değinerek
dinamikler bilgisine katkıda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
