Ventricular septal rupture with left ventricular Aneurysm: Case Report

Abstract

Complication of myocardial infarction ventricular aneurysm and ventricular septal rupture. Ventricular aneurysm, left ventricular ejection fraction decrease, with abnormal diastolic contour, presence of systolic dyskinesia status. Left ventricular anterior wall and septum, left ventricular aneurysms in the developing distal left anterior descending coronary artery is the most common cause of acute congestion. Acute myocardial infarction ventricular septal rupture (VSR), 1-2% of patients presenting with a complication of a very high mortality. In this study, coronary artery disease, who underwent left ventricular aneurysm, and preoperative evaluation of ventricular septal rupture closed thrombus as a result of which we aimed to present our case.

Sol Ventrikül Anevrizmasıyla Birlikte Ventriküler Septal Rüptür: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Ventrikül anevrizmaları ve ventriküler septal rüptür miyokard infarktüsünün komplikasyonudur. Ventrikül anevrizması sol ventrikül ejeksiyon fraksiyonunu düşüren, anormal diastolik kontur ile birlikte, sistolik diskinezi bulunması durumudur. Sol ventrikül anterior duvar ve septum distalinden gelişen sol ventrikül anevrizmalarının en sık nedeni LAD'nin akut tıkanıklığıdır. Akut miyokard infarktüsü sonrası ventriküler septal rüptür (VSR) %1-2 hastada oluşan çok yüksek mortalite ile seyreden bir komplikasyondur. Bu çalışmamızda koroner arter hastalığı, sol ventrikül anevrizması nedeniyle opere ettiğimiz ve peroperatif değerlendirme sonucu trombüsle kapanmış ventriküler septal rüptür tespişt ettiğimiz olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık.
