İntratiroidal Paratiroid Adenomu: Olgu Sunumu ve Literatürün Gözden Geçirilmesi

Abstract

Tek paratiroid adenomu primer hiperparatiroidinin PHT en sİk sebebi olup, intratiroidal paratiroid adenomu nadir görülen bir durumdur Ektopik paratiroid glandlarİ baskİn olarak timus, retroözofageal bölge ve tiroid içinde yerleşim göstermektedir Primer hiperparatiroidinin kesin tedavisi paratiroidektomidir Bu olgu nedeniyle intratroidal yerleşimli ektopik paratiroid adenomlarİnda cerrahi seçenekleri ve postoperatif takibi literatür bilgileri İşİğİnda gözden geçirildi ( Sakarya Med J 2015, 5(4):220-224 )
