Otolog periferik kan kök hücre transplantasyonu sonrası mobilizasyon başarı oranı

Abstract

Amaç: Hazırlama rejimi ile yapılan kök hücre transplantasyonu
sonarsı eğer başarılı kök hücre mobilizasyonu gerçekleşiyorsa, invivo olarak ayıklanmış
bu kök hücreleri ikinci transplantasyon için kullanılabilir.



Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu prospektif çalışmada, periferik kan CD 34+
hücre düzeyleri kök hücre infüzyonu sonrası 6. Günden itibaren nötrofil yamanması
sonrası 3. Güne kadar akım sitometri yöntemi ile ölçüldü. Çalışmaya toplam 20
nakil hastası dahil edildi.



Sonuçlar: Otolog nakil yapılan grupta (n: 16), CD 34+ hücre sayıları
10. Günde en düşük düzeydeydi. Ortanca CD 34 + hücre sayısı 11. günde artmaya başlarken
en yüksek değerine 14. günde ulaştı. Sadece bir hastada (%6.25) başarılı mobilizasyon
bulgusuna rastlandı.



Tartışma: Elde ettiğimiz bulgular gösterdi ki, otolog kök hücre
nakli sonrası başarılı mobilizasyon oranları çok düşüktür. Sonuç olarak,
birinci otolog nakil sonrası ardışık nakil için kök hücre toplama 
uygun bir yöntem değildir.

Mobilization success rate following autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation

Abstract

Aim:If there issuccessful mobilization following a
conditioning regimen forstem cell transplantation, the in vivo purged stem cell products may be collected for a second
transplantation.

Materials and Methods:In this prospective study, peripheral
blood CD34+ cells were quantified between 6th day after stem cell
infusion and 3rdday after neutrophil engraftment in 20 patients
using flow cytometry.

Results:In the autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (auto-PBSCT)group(n= 16), the
CD34+ cell count was lowest during the first 10 days. The median CD34+ cell
count began to increase at the 11th day and the highest value was
achieved at the 14th day. We documented evidence of mobilization in
only one patient (6.25%).







Conclusion:Our results indicate thatthe
rate of successful stem cell mobilization is very lowfollowing auto-PBSCT. In
conclusion, collecting CD34+ stem cells following the first auto-PBSCT is not an
effective method for tandem transplantation.
